Avery Donkin, DDS
Dr. Avery Donkin graduated from Queen’s University in Ontario, Canada with a Bachelor of Honours Science in Biology. She continued her studies at the University of Toronto, Canada, where she graduated with honours as a Doctor of Dental Surgery. After completing both her Canadian and American licensing exams, Dr. Donkin moved to Salt Lake City to complete a general practice residency at the University of Utah Hospital. Dr. Donkin has since dedicated her time and efforts to providing exceptional care in both general and surgical dentistry. During her residency, she advanced her skills in restorative, prosthetic and endodontic dentistry, as well as emergency treatment. She also completed advanced training in implants at the WhiteCap Training Institute, and rotations through the ENT and anaesthesia departments at the University of Utah Hospital.
Dr. Donkin utilizes a gentle approach and is committed to patient comfort while delivering precise and effective treatments. She actively pursues continuing education to stay updated on the latest developments in dentistry. Dr. Donkin aims to provide a healthy foundation for beautiful smiles as part of the Warr Dental team.
In her free time, Dr. Donkin enjoys a variety of outdoor activities, including swimming, skiing and hiking. She loves traveling and trying food from every corner of the earth. When not exploring the great outdoors, she cherishes moments with her friends, family and her beloved pet, Cornelius.
